Biscotti di grano con miele senza lievito e lattosio

Ingredienti:

150 g farina di grano saraceno integrale
60 g fecola di patate
3 cucchiai miele
mezzo cucchiaino di bicarbonato
1 uovo
1 bustina vanillina
farina q.b. per stendere l’impasto

Istruzioni: 

In una ciotola sbattere il miele con l’uovo e aggiungere pian piano la farina miscelata alla fecola, alla vanillina e al bicarbonato finché non si avrà un composto omogeneo e solido da stendere. Trasferire l’impasto su un piano da lavoro e stendere con il mattarello e dare ai biscotti la forma desiderata. Rivestire una teglia con carta da forno e infornare a 180 gradi per dieci minuti.
