Budino al cioccolato con latte di mandorle

Porzioni: 4 persone

Ingredienti:

500 ml di latte di mandorle
1 cucchiaio raso di miele
4 cucchiai di cacao amaro
40 g di fecola di patate
granella di pistacchi

Istruzioni: 

Unite la farina, il cacao ed il miele e aggiungete poco alla volta il latte; mettete sul fuoco e portate a ebollizione continuando a mescolare. Versate nei bicchieri e una volta raffreddato cospargete con la granella di pistacchi.
