Colazione particolare

Ingredienti:

60 g riso basmati
200 g latte di soia
1 pera
50 g yogurt bianco greco
1/2 baccello di vaniglia
1 cucchiaio miele
1/2 cucchiaio semi di sesamo
1/2 cucchiaio mandorle tritate
1/2 limone

Istruzioni: 

Tagliare a dadini la pera e bagnarli con il succo del limone. Nel frattempo far bollire il latte con la scorza di limone e la vaniglia. Togliere il limone e versarci il riso cuocerlo, a fine cottura aggiungere la pera e il miele proseguire per altri 2-3 minuti. Spegnere e far raffreddare, unire lo yogurt e i semini di sesamo.
