Frittata di riso

Ingredienti:

150 g riso integrale
3 uova
40 g parmigiano
60 g formaggio a pasta tipo emmenthal
Sale qb

Istruzioni: 

Cuocere il riso in acqua bollente salata (lasciare al dente). Nel frattempo rompete le uova in una ciotola, aggiungete il parmigiano, la caciotta sbriciolata, il sale ed amalgamate. Unite anche il riso, amalgamate e poi versate in una teglia imburrata e fate cuocere a 170° fino a completa doratura. Servire con contorno di verdure.
