Insalata tiepida di quinoa , fagiolini e avocado (senza glutine , lattosio e nichel)

Ingredienti:

50 g di quinoa integrale
Insalata mista
30 g di fagiolini
1 avocado
Foglioline di basilico qb
Sale qb
pepe qb
olio evo qb

Istruzioni: 

Cuocete la quinoa integrale dopo averla sciacquata sotto l’acqua corrente, aggiungete due parti d’acqua, portate ad ebollizione (se vi piace, aggiungete un po’ di curcuma) e fate cuocere 15-20 minuti, secondo le indicazioni della confezione. Lasciate intiepidire. Fate bollire i fagiolini. Lavate e tagliate l’insalata, poi sistematela sul piatto. Tagliate a cubetti un avocado e condite subito con succo di limone per evitare che annerisca. Unite all’insalata la quinoa, i fagiolini e l’avocado, condite con sale, pepe, olio evo a piacere e qualche fogliolina di basilico.
