Parmigiana leggera (senza nichel, uova, lievito e lattosio)

Ingredienti:

1  Melanzana
1  patata
100 g di provola
1 cucchiaio Olio extravergine di oliva
1 pizzico Sale

Istruzioni: 

Lavare e tagliare la melanzana e la patata a fette sottili e cuocerle in forno a 180° per 10 minuti.
Comporre nel piatto una piccola torre, alternando una fetta di melanzana, ad una fetta sottilissima di provola e una fettina di patata. Condire il tutto con olio evo e sale.
Gratinare per qualche minuto.
