Pizza genuina

Ingredienti:

500/800 g farina integrale
2 g lievito madre
sale ed acqua q.b.

Istruzioni: 

Sciogliere i 2 g di lievito nell’acqua tiepida in una terrina ben capiente; aggiungere gradualmente la farina e lavorare a lungo… formare un panetto morbido e f arlo riposare x almeno 10 ore…riprendere il panetto lavorarlo x alcuni minuti…formare dei panetti da 100 g l’uno. Lasciare riposare per un altra oretta…e poi successivamente si procede a stendere i panetti formando un diametro di almeno 10 cm con dirlo con pomodoro caciocavallo ed altri ingredienti a piacere e voilà la pizza è fatta.
