Risotto con ananas e anacardi

Ingredienti:

200 g riso integrale
½ ananas
150 g anacardi
30 g cipolla
Olio evo qb
Sale qb

Istruzioni: 

Portate a bollore l’acqua e fate cuocere il riso secondo le indicazioni riportate sulla confezione. Nel frattempo pulite l’ananas e ricavatene dei cubetti, mettete un filo d’olio in padella con la cipolla e gli anacardi facendo cuocere a fuoco lento, aggiungete il riso e, infine, l’ananas.
