Salmone al forno con finocchi

Ingredienti:

800 g filetti di salmone
400 g finocchi affettati
100 g cipolle tagliate a spicchi
3 cucchiai Olio extra vergine d’oliva
Dragoncello qb
10 g prezzemolo tritato
scorza grattugiata di limone qb
50 g capperi
sale e pepe macinato qb

Istruzioni: 

Scaldate il forno a 200°. Mescolate i finocchi, le cipolle, l’olio, sale e pepe in una teglia capiente e infornateli per circa 20 minuti. Adagiate il salmone sulle verdure. Mescolate il prezzemolo, i capperi, la buccia di limone e distribuite sui filetti di salmone, infornate per altri 8-10 minuti.
