Scaloppine alla crema di basilico

Ingredienti:

400 g scaloppine (tacchino, pollo o vitella va bene)
1/2 tazza di crema di basilico precedentemente preparata
olio evo q.b., farina integrale q.b., 1 cucchiaio di panna e 1 cucchiaio di formaggio grattugiato
inoltre sale (rosa dell’himalaya), pepe e prezzemolo q.b.

Istruzioni: 

Mescolare la crema di basilico, il formaggio e la panna. Infarinate intanto le scaloppine e cuoceteli in olio evo precedentemente scaldato, servire con la crema sopra.
