Tranci di salmone in salsa di legumi

Ingredienti:

100 g legumi secchi
400 g salmone
Olio extravergine d’oliva qb
300 g pomodoro fresco
Prezzemolo, aglio, sale, pepe, timo, alloro qb

Istruzioni: 

Cuocere i legumi in acqua aromatizzata con timo, alloro ed aglio. A fine cottura mettete i legumi in una padella con prezzemolo tritato, aglio e pomodoro a dadini e tre mestoli d’acqua. Cuocete a fuoco medio per 20 minuti, poi unite i tranci di salmone ed ultimate la cottura.
