Verza al prosciutto

Porzioni: 2 persone

Ingredienti:

3 tazze di verza tagliata
4 pomodori da sugo
1 tazza di prosciutto a cubetti
1 tazza di cheddar a cubetti
q.b. cipolla, aglio, olio, origano, cumino

Istruzioni: 

Mescolare le spezie finemente tagliate e mettetele in una teglia in forno a potenza massima per 2 minuti o fino a quando la cipolla sembrerà appassita. Aggiungete verza e pomodori spezzettati. Coprite con alluminio cuocendo per 10 minuti a 190 gradi o fino a che la verza non si sarà ammorbidita. Aggiungete il prosciutto e il formaggio mescolate e scoprite la teglia. Cuocere per altri 2-3 minuti, lasciar riposare e servire.
